Harming the public with speech
Dominion sued Fox News for defamation on Tucker Carlson's show. Fox News ultimately settled for a few hundred million, if i remember correctly.
The lies told by Carlson were harmful to Dominion's business, so Dominion was allowed to sue him for money, and I bet they would have won at trial.
The Courts could have adjudicated a restriction on Carlson's free speech based upon the economic damage it did to Dominion.
What about the damage it did to our country? To our people? To the people who believed his lies & the people who know better?
Can we sue Fox News for that?
