I updated the header to be purple with a box shadow
I changed header the links to underline yellow now, and oultine in orange on hover
i changed all other links to be orange bottom border and purple top border on hover. previously it was purple background white text on hover.
On desktop, the body has a box shadow, but I couldn't make anything good on mobile (it kinda conflicts with the header's box shadow)
this def gives my blog some more character, and I really like it.
I toyed around with additional tweaks to the body, mainly left/right borders and box shadows but ultimately landed on this.
I might play with it more later. My styles were very simple before and now they definitely have more character. I liked my old simple styles but they jus started feeling a bit bland. Surely won't be everybody's tastes but it is MY taste and its MY blog so hmph. :D
Also please admire my bear toast button (*though i did that 2 or 3 weeks ago probably). If you want one like it, see shark toast button and switch out the images if you want.
