'Round Up To Charity' for debit cards
Banks should offer programs to round up your purchases to the nearest dollar and donate the change to a (local) charity.
Some businesses do this - Taco bell does in my area (though you can't pick the charity). CashApp has a similar service to round up into bitcoin (or other investments?).
I think if local banks did this, they could generate a lot of support for local charities operating in our own communities.
I just emailed the local credit union I bank with and asked them to offer a 'Round Up To Charity' program.
Please contact your bank or credit union and do the same. Heck, perhaps ask your credit card company too!
