The problem with physical therapy

The at-home exercises suck. They're boring. They require lots and lots of reps, very often. So I don't do them.

I need strengthening exercises, where I feel a good burn in 5, maybe 10 reps.

I don't want to do exercises that I can do 40 reps and barely feel the burn.

Working on getting a gym membership through my insurance. That should help.

Actually going to PT is pretty good.
